I walked in around 2PM in hope to find a good restaurant for lunch. There was no customer around beside me, perhaps because lunch time has already passed. The kind owner greeted me and guided me to my seat. I ordered Half and Half set, and took my leisure time to savor the delicious lunch. I highly recommend this place and will be sure to back to bring my friends and family. To the cafe owner, thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing Kyoto-style curry right off the street leading to Kyomizu-dera. The beef, green onions, and rice combined with the sauce really hit the spot after temple trecking. The staff were extremely kind and the menu was also in English.

Good, reasonably priced Japanese food. They only have 4 items on their main menu - my kind of Japanese restaurant. The place also has a feel of being in your grandmother’s place. Good spot for lunch when visiting Kiyomizudera.

Amazing restaurant. Very quiet which was nice considering how busy the area is. Staff were friendly. Food was amazing, small menu but they have perfected the dishes they sell.
